Chii

Finished drawing the lineart on Christmas but was very lazy about doing it digitally, so it took me until now to finish it. I was in the mood to draw random frilly dresses, so Chii seemed like the first character to do it on. I don't actually know Chobits, but I've always admired the dresses Chii wore so I tried to draw something along those lines. (Ignore how lazy I was about the ribbons, I didn't want to draw their outlines. XD)

Now, I don't know what that is that she's holding. Oo;; I was thinking along the lines of Christmas to have her hold a giant candy cane, but since it's already post-holiday season, I think I might change it into something more cutsy. XD What's the character from children stories called? Mary Bo Peep? X_x
